Refund Policy

Returns

Please choose carefully, as we can't provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect fitment - so please use the Size Chart and measure yourself prior to purchase.

Refunds will only be given in the event of a defect - with photographic proof required, prior to approving a return. A request for refund must be made within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for any defects.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please just contact us via the 'Contact Us' form.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
